GE motor bearing retainer, and where to find one?
I had a customer come in with a 2003 Club Car DS complaining of noise coming from the motor. Pulled the GE motor and found her bearing retainer was broke at the thread holes and it had come loose and was moving around. Never seen this before and thought it To be a simple fix. Well, I was wrong. I can not find a replacement bearing retainer anywhere. Club Car, Nivel, RedHawk, EBay. Club Car has the part# as 1017950. I found one on Amazon but it says shipping is out till March.
Anyone else run into this issue and know where to find a replacement? |
