Default 2003 Club Car Ds 36v Bushings

I’ve replaced what I thought were all bushings on this cart but the vertical tubing directly behind the 2 front tires have a lot of movement in it. Wondering if there’s a bushing in there also?

Are you referencing the king pins/spindles? (The vertical tubes the tie-rod ends connect to)

There are bronze bushings in the spindle knuckle. The king pin and the bushings do wear, especially if they are not greased on a regular basis.

Usually a new king pin will remove most of the play there.
If you need to replace the bushings they will need to be pressed in, and will probably need to be reamed to the proper size after install so the new king pin will fit.

You'll need two 8067 bushings and two 7048 bushings. As mentioned above, they'll need to be pressed in and reamed with a 3/4" reamer once installed. A new kingpin is recommended as well.
