Got it running. I replaced the solenoid with the one with the coil and everything seems to be working as it should.

Will it be ok to run the coil solenoid like this relocated without the coil?

Yes, the coil is only for use on the drivers side solenoid.

Yes but make sure You disconnect the Speed Sensor.

When the Dynamic Brake resistor coil has been by-passed and the cart attempts to do dynamic brake, the motor will brake very hard.

Disconnecting the Speed sensor will prevent the controller from doing Motor brake (Regen or Dynamic).

^ Definitely do the above.
When he says it will brake very hard, it will try to throw you through the windshield. If you're going downhill or have wet roads or leaves or muddy driving surfaces, it can cause the rear wheels to lose traction and you can spin out.

I thought it was stopping very sudden testing on the lift.

Should the coil aka dynamic braking solonoid be placed back in the system or just unplug the speed sensor?

Could someone let me know what correct solenoid I need for a 99 regen 2 that goes on the passenger side?

first pic is how I have it now testing.
Second pic is the noid I received it with.

Just bypass the second solenoid and hook the cable together or run a new one. Then unplug the speed sensor from the motor.

You main contactor/solenoid should be working if, not, any 200a will work in its place. The stock is around 80a.

Bypassing and disconnecting the sensor removes one aspect of regen braking called "dynamic" braking (gentle motor braking from top speed to a "fairly" low speed). But the more aggressive "hill brake" will still work with the dynamic braking solenoid removed or bypassed (eg. park on a hill then suddenly release the brake and the motor will keep a runaway from happening - this is to prevent the cart from careening down a hill, if the park brake suddenly let go and there was nobody in the cart)
