Default club car precedent 2010

Parking brake will not engage, I read suggested fix on other thread (ie. heat and bend the stud) but no picture as to locating that part ( PB stud).

Pretty sure the 2010 should have the later style pedal assembly.
Make sure the Go pedal is able to return all the way to the top of its travel. Dirt, rocks, acorns, or other debris can get into the pedal housing and keep it from coming to the full up position. This will prevent operation of the brake lock pawl on the brake cam wheel.

If the Go pedal is returning all the way, chances are you need a new brake lock mechanism.

The pawl wears out with use and doesn’t engage the cam wheel. Takes about an hour to replace as long as you don’t break any of the screws that hold the Go pedal assembly to the mount plate.

FairTax4Me is correct about the part you need, and about the studs breaking. Try gently heating the assembly with a torch around the screws. I've also found it's better to take them out with an impact wrench rather than a ratchet. With heat and an impact, I rarely break any of them. The issue is that they've threaded stainless steel into aluminum which is a nightmare waiting to happen.

Tkhs will try replacing it, and hopefully not break anything.
