It finally stopped raining. Bypassed obc and charger is charging at 20amps. I will let it run for a.few hrs before i go to bed (4 hrs) and see if that made a slight dent. Most likely not. Just dont wanna leave charger on not attended.

You have now confirmed a faulty OBC. Time for a new one or even better a new smart charger.

What you are doing now will make an increase for sure in the charge voltage. You are correct, you do not want to leave it as it will not turn off now. Use your volt meter and once you see it get up to 61-63 volts you can shut it off. The amperage will drop as the charge comes up.

cmysstaiilights I'm not the expert on those batteries. But listen to what these guys are telling you. Without the proper research and knowledge about these things you may create an expensive and dangerous situation.

Follow what they are telling you.

Did the pack voltage increase after bypassing the OBC?

Still waiting to hear his results, but with 20 amps of current going in, it had to raise the charge....

Yes, she went to 30 amps then dropped to 15 and stayed steady at 15 for 4 hrs. Voltage this morning was at 50.3. Came home and its still at 50.3. Will check it over the next couple of days. When i hooked the obc back up and plugged in charger she read around 8amps.
