Default Alltrax XCT High Throttle Input Under range

I have a 2007 Club Car DS that I upgraded the controller and motor on back in 2016. Controller is an Alltrax XCT 48 volt 500 amp and the motor is a D&D 502.2. I upgraded the solenoid and cables at the same time. Bought everything from Scotty B. Everything has worked fine until recently.

I was using the cart and parked it, went to use it a little while later and it wouldn't budge. No solenoid click, nothing.

Hooked up to the controller with the laptop and saw High Throttle Input Under range and controller shutdown faults active. Checked wiring, everything looks good.

I disconnected the M-Cor completely and was expecting to see Low throttle Input under range as well as high throttle, but didn't. My first thought was replace the M-Cor since it's 13 years old and I know they can be troublesome, but now I'm wondering if the controller may be bad.

Any thoughts guys? Can I bench test the M-Cor? Should I just replace it since they are relatively inexpensive?

Have you given Alltrax a call directly? I sure would prior to throwing parts at it.

I would first try calibrating the throttle. Using either the auto-cal function or the "Absolute Throttle" if AUTO_CAL doesn't work correctly.

It's Saturday so Alltrax is closed until Monday. Like Walter suggests try auto-cal aka automatic recalculation of the throttle
Look in the drop menu for controller, clear auto-cal

Check the MCOR output on the Yellow wire, sounds like you have no voltage out of the MCOR.
