cart wont go over 19mph
Just finished up my lithium swap. Cart wont go over 19 mph with all my mods in sig. Rpms wont go over 4000 even with it set to 8000 currently. Now when I adjust the reverse speed percentage it affects forward only. What could be wrong? I have the speed sensor set to 4 pole for my admiral motor.

Sounds like you may have your F1, F2 cables reversed. If when you adjust the reverse speed it affects the forward speed. Try switching cables and see if that fixes problem. Remember to use two wrenches so you don’t twist motor studs when switching cables.
Thinking about this a little more your R/F switch may work backwards after the switch. So if that does fix problem you may have to switch terminals on F/R switch. Other members with more experience may have another solution to fix problem. Edited to add F/R switch Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Re: cart wont go over 19mph
Have you got the correct field map installed? Did you do the throttle calibration? What percentage throttle are you getting?

Re: cart wont go over 19mph
Field map id rhmot-a2-v7 dunno if thats right or not, its what was on there from previous owner. I did not do a calibration yet. Throttle goes to 100%. Heres the thing, why is it when I lower the reverse % it slows down forward and reverse stays the same?

Re: cart wont go over 19mph
I'm guess your buzzer is unhooked. Plug the software into the controller. Go to the monitor menu and it will let you know whether the controller is detecting forward or reverse input. When you put the switch in forward, does the forward input box light up? Or the reverse input? If it's inverted you need to swap the F1 and F2 wires on the motor.

Switch F1 & F2 either at the motor or the controller.
