Default Battery Pack problems

OEM Battery Pack build date J7. 2016 Precedent
After Full Charge, Steady green light, my Batteries are: after disconnect and 12 hours rest, 2:00 use;
1. 8.9 8.47 8.36
2. 8.6 8.42 8.14
3. 8.9 8.50 8.41
4. 8.7 8.43 8.31
5. 8.7 8.36 8.25
6. 8.6 8.45 8.17

Pack after 12 hours rest 50.6.
Pack 49.7 after operated casually for 1:30.
Pack 49.1 after "" "" '' :30

So after a full charge I used the cart at 5 - 10 mph for a total of 2:00 and the
pack is now at 70%.
Should I assume that nbr 2 and nbr 6 are the culprits and is there anything to correct this besides recharging every couple of hours or a new pack?

You could try charging those 2 separately with a 12v charger to see if they will improve any but the question I have to ask, is the cart doing what you want/need it to do right now? If it is I wouldn't worry too much about it until it starts to let you down.

The only thing I am aware of is the cart starts to pulse, (motor cycling on and off) although not severe, when the charge gets to were it is now, 70%
If I charge it each night and don't use it more than 1:30 to 2:00 a day no problem. It does take all night to recharge.
I think I will try to charge them individually to see if that helps.
Thanks for the comments.

If they are the PD+ batteries that Club Car uses, they don't have a very good reputation....I have them in my 2017 Precedent and I am nursing them along..After they charge I keep them on a 48v maintainer and it seems to help..From what I have read you are lucky if you get 3 yrs out of them so Trojans are on the radar...

the low batteries are most likely dropping out under load....you can get a cheap load tester to confirm.....

Is that an Hour and a half or A minute and a half? Because with a good pack you should be able to run for about an hour and a half and still be over 70%.

The best cheap load tester is the cart itself.
Drive the cart with the voltmeter hooked to each battery and see how far each one is dropping when the cart is driving. This is the only way to get an accurate assessment of each battery. Resting voltage can appear fine, but if the plates are heavily sulfated the voltage will fall very quickly under load due to the reduced output capacity of the battery.

If those are PD+ original batteries, then you need to replace the whole pack. Doing one or two at a time will only get you an unbalanced pack and You'll never get the full range of what new batteries can actually provide.

looks like that one , but not sure of brand...have an old snap on one also , a few seconds making that coil glow lets you know what shape your battery is in....

20 bucks for the harbor freight version....
