Default Precedent wont go...need help please

Ive re-assembled my 2008.5 project and nothing happens...

Things i know for sure:
Batteries took a charge and hold 50 volts.
The motor spins if connected directly to a battery.
The fr switch is new, and has power to the orange wire. Ive tried in F, N and R.
The ignition key when turned on, activates the voltmeter and shows full charge.
Ive tried in run and tow.
Im using a 1515 controller (with harness modified according to tahoedawg instructions) and solenoid that were working when upgraded a few weeks ago from my neighbors cart.
Theres a 15amp fuse that is intact.
The mcor is new.

Whats next to test?

Do you still have an OBC on the cart?
There's a Light blue that goes to the controller that is the lockout. OBC has to suply 48V on that. You can check at the OBC, you should have 48V on the White wire (power In) and 48v on the light blue (lockout control 48v coming out of the OBC when charger is Unplugged.

If you don't have an OBC you need to jumper the Light Blue wire to the White wire at the OBC plug to deactivate the controller lockout.

OK, there is also a red wire (or maybe red w/ white stripe) which is power going into the OBC that needs to have 48V. That comes from pack voltage at the B+ cable on the solenoid.
You said the charger works, so the Black 10awg wire from the OBC goes to the Controller B-, correct?
Also the Main battery negative cable from Controller B- to Pack negative has to go through the hole in the OBC. You did that right?

——Coming off the solenoid i have a red wire on the same post as pos batt cable. It goes Into the wiring harness. Theres also the resistor, pos batt cable, and the cable to controller B+.

—-Yes to both.
