Depends on your budget but if they are the stock Club Car PD+ batteries get rid of them if you can as they are not very good and 3yrs is about it...If you just replace 2 the other 4 will bring them down to their level and if 2 are bad the others aren't far behind...

If you have an Eric charger then yes, you have to change the algorithm (profile) of the charger to match whatever batteries you put in..

If it is a new pack and 2 went bad, replace those 2. If it is an old pack, replace it. If you cannot afford it right now, then buy you 2 good used ones of similar amperage and age and ride it out till you bank up the funds for a new pack.

Thank you guys. So it is an ERIC charger. How do i go about changing the algorithm. I was going to get some Interstates. Would they have the flash drive for me, or do i download something online to a flash drive??

Download the algorithm you need from the link I posted above to your computer...Unzip it to a formatted flash drive..Make sure that there aren't any files on it and put it in the chargers usb port under the rubber cover..Plug your charger into an ac outlet but not the cart...The green light on the charger will begin to flash as the new algorithm is being uploaded to the charger...After a minute or so the green light will turn solid...That's it...
Here is more info plus which algorithm to use for Interstate batteries..

https://support.delta-q.com/hc/en-us...-Descriptions-

To see which algorithm you have now and or to confirm the new one, you have to download the IDAT software from Delta Q here..

https://delta-q.com/software-accessories/

About half way down the page you will see the download and instructions on what to do..

It's all kind of a pain but it is what you have to do..
