Good catch!!!
So I got the dealers app and I was able to make the change, but still no luck. I did notice that my solenoid didn't have a diode so I ordered one. Not sure if this will work .

What does the app say now when you have it in Forward and you press the pedal with the key on?

So attached are the screenshots with the forward and reverse pedal press down, I noticed the throttle voltage and % are different from each other regarding forward and revers. I also noticed one of my cables is damaged and I'm not sure if this was the cause of my batteries from heating up, what do you think? I have ordered new cables and I did add a diode to the solenoid and I still can't get it to run.

The Forward is all correct and you should have motion except the the motor output is not there. Either the solenoid is not passing current thru it or the controller is bad.

The Reverse pic is indicating the FNR is not wired correctly or the controller is not seeing it.

Hard to say about the cable, it looks really old and definitely needs replacement.

You need to verify the solenoid is closing when it clicks. Hook your meter up to the two large posts and you should have .5 volts to 1.5 volts if you have a resistor installed. When the solenoid closes, the reading should go to 0 volts.

To test the controller output to the motor, have the key On, in Forward, and between the M- on the controller and the B-. The voltage should be about 48vdc (or pack voltage) when the pedal is pushed just enough to engage the solenoid and then decreasing to 0vdc when the pedal is pushed all the way to the floor.

None of this accounts for why the Reverse is not being seen, so once yo get this part done, you will still need to see if there is a wiring issue or and FNR/controller issue.

Is there a test that I could run to determine if they are doing what it should be doing. The controller, solenoid, and MCOR I purchased because the cart stopped running. BTW thanks for your help.

Ok, so I don't have a resistor installed and I'm getting .3 and when I press the pedal it goes to 0 do I need a resistor. the second test passed, showing 50.5 then slowly going down to 0.
