Default Lithium conversion

Hello all, new to the forum. I have a 2013 precedent 6 seater. I have a lithium pack built (48v132ah). All hooked up and the cart starts of great and gets to top speed then slows. I have to push the throttle again for it to go again. It takes off again then goes back to slowing down. It’s back and forth. Cart has a on the fly controller. Any thoughts? Thanks

That has the classic description of a failing MCOR..... Sometimes you can verify t by leaving the key off and pumping the pedal 25-30 times and then operating it normally. If this helps, you will know it is a failing MCOR. Replace it with an OEM and not an eBay/Amazon clone as they are very poor quality.

Well I switched out the mcor and same issue. When I hit the gas all the way down goes to top speed then it cuts out until I press the pedal a couple times.

Are you running a bms with that pack? If so what's the max amp draw it can sustain without disconnecting?

Sorry for the late reply, yes I have a BMS on it. Let me check that. It’s all new to me. It has an app with Bluetooth.
