Default Navitas AC Conversion issue

I am currently in the process of installing a Navitas AC Conversion Kit and I have run into a snag and am hitting my head against the wall.

I took a 36V 2007 EXGO TXT and stripped it down. Got the Navitas AC Drive Conversion Kit, 600A Controller w/5KW Motor for an EZGO TXT 48V. Got the EZGO TXT 48V wiring harness and Tow Switch. New 48V Charger Receptacle. Got a new Curtis/Allright SW180B-1125 48V solenoid. Got new Trojan 8V batteries. Then followed all the YouTube videos on connecting everything up. Installed the Navitas App on my phone and I am trying to make it run. I have Controller Firmware Version Number 6.311

The issue(s) I am running into are:
1) As soon as I turn the Run/Tow switch to Run the back up beeper is going off non stop. No matter what position the Forward/Reverse switch is in.
2) When I turn on the key, put the switch into Forward or Reverse, depress the accelerator pedal then the Navitas App shows an Fault of Bus Under Voltage Fault. I never hear the Solenoid engage.

The Throttle Voltage is about .8 when the accelerator is not depressed to about 4.8 when fully depressed.

Pics attached of Normal before depressing the accelerator pedal and after when the Fault appears.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend to contact Navitas, probably they ask for a log file which can be send with the App.

This morning I contacted Navitas Support and worked through testing quite a few things with a multimeter and the Navitas App on my phone. The end result is that they are sending me an RMA to send back the controller and they will send me a new controller.

Will update again once I receive and install the new controller.

Update on my issue.
The new replacement controller arrived today. One week exactly coming from Canada. I installed the controller, Initialized it with the Navitas app on my phone, and then tested everything with the cart up on jack stands. Everything works! I will finish testing with the OTF dash mounted control panel this evening.
