or a 300.00 starter from a cart supply place |

If you have an original one it may pay to have it rebuilt. I had mine done for $75.00 looks like new and works like a charm. I have not heard anything good about the china made starters, there were a few uses original ones listed on eby last week. Search yamaha g1 parts. You would be surprised what you will find.
