Default Golf cart still not running without jumping solenoid

Posted a few weeks ago about the 94 CC DS. Have replaced solenoid, all four microswitches, traced and checked all three grounds, cleaned them if needed or not, still will not actually run unless we jump the solenoid. Fuse is good, replaced it anyway, still nothing. We're at a loss at what to check next. Hate to take it to garage when it seems like it should be something so simple, but if can't figure it out soon, guess that's what we'll do.

Slowly going insane over this golf cart!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everything I've read points to everything we've already tried and traced and cleaned and replaced. Multimeter has gotten a real workout!

Did you get a club car solenoid? Many aftermarket solenoids don't work.

It came from the Club Car dealer, same exact part number, so I assume it's OEM. But I wouldn't be able to jump the solenoid and make it run if the solenoid was bad, would I? I'm not bypassing the solenoid, I'm bypassing something else when I jump the solenoid, I just cannot for the life of me figure out which of those things are causing me the issue.

Here is a service manual for a 95-96, it will work for your 94. There is a troubleshooting section and an electrical drawing that should be helpful.

A couple test with a voltmeter could save a lot of trial and error parts replacement. If you're still having issues, let us know and we can walk you through it.
