Default Buying a used gas club car with vanguard motor

I've been looking for a gas cart for awhile for my wife our anniversary this month. I found an older club car like late 90's I think he said I forgot to snap a pic of the VIN.
Any way this thing is really nice so clean u could eat off the frame the guy is ocd obviously.
It has a lift with alumnium wheels and bigger tires but not huge I think it's just right for my wife.
My question is it has a vanguard 18 hp motor that looks new he says 4 years old with very little use. Is this a good engine? You crank it with a key so motor runs all the time it has forward neutral reverse. I don't know anything about gas carts and I'm picking it up Monday or Tuesday.
Please give me the good and bad on a cart like this with such limited information. He showed me an 800$ receipt where he just had motor serviced new belt and clutch.it also has new bushings in the suspension . It drives very good and is plenty fast for her guessing I cruised around 20 mph with some throttle left.
The cart truly is near perfect condition especially given it's age you would never guess it. I got it for 3750.
What say you all ?
