What year is the cart?
Have you checked the air filter box and intake duct for obstruction?
Some carts had a long duct that runs under the floor and comes up behind the front wheel. Those can get clogged with grass/dirt and block airflow. Makes the cart run like the choke is stuck on.

I checked the box. All clear.

1. Cleaned the carb really good and cart ran a bit better but still flooding out.

2. Put on an after market carb. Was $20 figure for a test. And it’s doing the same thing.

Flooding out with gas and smoking.

Not sure what it can be. Turned the adjustment 1/4 turn clockwise . Thinking lean it out. But same result.

Any thoughts. Or time to take it to a shop?

Also disconnected the air intake from the carb and it’s blowing fuel out the air intake hole.

Could it be to much fuel from fuel pump?

Just changing the oil will not fix a carb problem, its gonna keep on doing it.

Did you ever confirm if you do or do not have the float bowl vent tube connected? Using the picture Lockman so kindly provided, the yellow hose coming off the carb right next to the idle screw. If that is still there and gets plugged up, it will cause the fuel to gravity siphon into the carb and engine, even when it's not running. Which can wash past the rings and contaminate your oil. Also will push a bunch of raw gas into the exhaust, greatly adding to the white smoke. With the gas added to the oil, the level will be way high, causing the "extra" to push back into the valve train area of the head and pump out the crankcase vent hose into the carb inlet. Usually starts pumping that oil/gas mix into the carb inlet after the engine has run 30 - 40 seconds.

First off thank you all for the continued support. It is appreciated.

The vent tube is not clogged. I removed the carb and had another person clean it up. Just Incase I am missing something. Figured another set of eyes wouldn’t hurt.

While the did that I changed the oil. Had a lot of gas in it.

I think the added gas/oil volume was deffinatly part of the problem. I drove it for a few minutes that I could not do before without it flooding out.

Now after a few minutes it starts to smoke, but does not flood out.

I am wondering if I might have caused damage running it with the gas in the oil, maybe screwed up the oil rings?

What would be the next step since it does not seem to be flooding? Drive it a bit and see if it clears up? Maybe residual gas/oil in the exhaust that smokes when heats up?

I don’t want to damage it more. Already kicking myself thinking running it while smoking and flooding might have wrecked something.

Just to update this one if anyone was interested. Been running the cart and the smoke seems to going away. Think might be build up in the exhaust.

So issues were carb causing flooding and oil in the gas from flooding caused high smoking.
