http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-e...tml#post759323

Previous post but shows replaced parts

the engine has 125 Lbs od compression after rebuild after running it for an our with break in fuel mix. now the engine has been run for a few hours and has less than 30 Lbs of compression.

I need to know what can cause this so I can troubleshoot it.

Did you replace the crank seals also? If you lost compression was the rings installed correct there is a bevel and locator pin and did you check the ring end gap when installing? All these are important when rebuilding.Make sure your head is not warped and all bolts are secure K

Maybe try disconnecting the exhaust then spin it over. You may also want to look in the exhaust port for any damage.
