3pg cc?
I've done some research but can't figure out if the 3pg is a 244 cc like the 2pg or not. Just one of those things that's been buggin me.

Re: 3pg cc?
Yes it is the same. EZGO increased the horsepower from 9 to 11 by using a 2 port piston and tuning the expansion port. To gain extra efficiency at the wheels the whole engine is rotated such that both clutches face the driver side of the golf cart. This rotation allowed for the differential to be changed from a hypoid gearing to a more efficient helical gear design, a change that persists to this day. It is stated that the 3PG piston is compatible with the 2PG engine and I think that when (or if) my 2PG needs a new cylinder I might just use the 3PG piston to see if I can squeeze and extra few watts out of the engine. (Unless some brave soul wants to beat me to it)

Thanks Dave, I knew I'd get a good explanation out of you.
