Yup...same brackets...

I need to check my starter/generator connections...dead battery and volt meter read 12V while driving, then spiked to 14-15V. Hopefully a loose wire!

Double check the voltage regulator. I had the same problem then rewired the VR and it worked great.

After a year I am having problems starting the cart. I put in a new battery. I bbq the muffler when she turns over she runs great. She is testy though. I cleaned the carb and the fuel pump. I double checked the wiring. I noticed that there is a wire from the starter generator that is tore apart? Does anyone know what/how many wires should come from the electrical part of the starter generator?

I found out that is was the black wire....i am using a marine battery 12v i still cant get it to turn over....the starter just spins any ideas? Sorry it is not the Starter....it is the Magneto
