If enough of it is sticking out of the head, you could try grinding a slot into it with a Dremel tool, or grabbing the edge with a pair of diagonal cutters and twisting out. Or get an easy out.

Well I got the hole carefully drilled all the way through it with my dremel broke an easy out in it but luckily tapped the broken piece out, used a bigger easy out but it's not coming out

Not sure what head you want? Pull the head off and take it to a shop and have them drill it out and tap it, if you can't do it

On the portion that is sticking out try using a Dremel tool with a cutoff blade to make a screwdriver slot in it. Using a screwdriver and medium heat try to remove it this way.
