Dc plug bad connection. I will find and install new plug and report how it works.
Right now is working by just moving the dc cable to the right spot while all is plugged in. Thank you for ideas and help to all |

Same as mine. If you have proof of purchase you can call dpi and they will mail you the parts. Or just hard wire it.

Mine was a bad connection in the cord where it attaches to the face. I think they currently have a recall on those. I replaced mine once and when it broke again I hardwired it.
