Default Help with Power Wise charger

My son’s charger got rained on last night when charging his cart. Not charging now. Pulled cover off and the Capacitor is melted.

I would like to know if I should replace the Control Board all so along with a new Capacitor.
Model number is 28115 G04
Thanks

Without plugging AC power cord into AC outlet, plug the charger's output cable into cart. If you hear the relay on the control board click, the control board ought to be okay.

Check the 50A fuse attached to the ammeter terminal.

Check the diodes.

Here's a manual for it.

Plugged output cable into cart relay did click. Tested 50A fuse that is good. Diodes also tested good. Will order a Capacitor.
Thanks JonnieB for your help.

Check Grainger Supply for that cap.. you can probably source it locally for a fraction of the price...
