Angry Installing 6inch spindle lift - rear axel assembly rotated forward-need help

2017- txt E-Z-GO
I was moving along nicely completed front but when I moved to back... all hell broke loose. I’m kinda stuck at this point. After disassembling u-bolts and the springs, the Rear axle assembly that includes the motor (assuming that’s what we call it but please forgive me if this is incorrect as I’m new to cart builds)... became unbalanced and rotated forward and the entire assembly fell to the ground. I think everything is ok but having a very difficult time repositioning as the entire assembly rotated forward. Are there any tricks to positioning the axel with the motor facing the correct direction so the lift and mounting plate line up with the nut from the spring. The assembly is heavy as hell And can’t move it around much. Thanks for any guidance here as I have tried to research to see any ideas for most of the day.

I mounted the springs to the top of the axle using the spring blocks, then I used a floor jack to lift the axle and wrestled it so I could slide the bolt into the front spring mount . once both fronts were in the rear was easy. I waited till I had all bolts in place before I tightened it down.
