Default EZGO RXV 2016 Brake just locks up after 6 holes

After 6 to 7 holes of golf, the cart will lock up. After the cart has locked up, you can cycle the key from off to fwd/reverse and at that moment hear clicking and watch the tires jump like it is ready to move but NOTHING and even more strange the tow switch will not work.
The only way to get the cart to move is to manually take the brake off. You can let it set for a few hours and install the brake and play another 6-8 holes.
So far the following has been replaced.
* Kill switch plug under the cup holder
* Replaced with a new Hill Brake.
* Replaced the solenoid
Has anyone ever experienced this type of behavior?

Start with your batteries. What is the pack voltage when the brake locks up?

Also what is the voltage on each battery when it locks up? How old are these batteries?

Another option if the battery voltage holds up under load...

Remove the motor brake on your RXV and replace it with an OEM motor brake. It may be drawing too much current and causing the motor brake FET in the controller to overheat and fail. If you do not rectify this immediately, it will fail permanently, and your only option will be a new controller. The epoxy holding the controller cover on cannot be removed without destroying the cover, and replacement covers are unobtainable. FSIP will not even repair that once it fails.

I never did reply back to tell what I finally found. I followed the wires from the kill switch that is under the cup holder and found a wire that was smashed not allowing the correct continuity that the Kill switch Plug is used for.
