Default Rxv em brake driver oc after new brake

2013 RXV will not move, Brake will not release, pedal sensor errors. Chicken or egg question.

Was getting EM brake brake driver oc error, so I replaced brake. No change.

Also was getting funky readings from pedal sensor. Throttle sensor was reading -100. 4.9v between black and orange.

Switched brake and throttle pedal sensors. Also changed motor speed sensor.

Brake now reading 100, with pedal up and no change on depress, no response from pot 2 wipers. Right after I made the switch I got different readings (but they were also wrong)

mapped throttle now moves from 0-98%, throttle command no move (I am guessing because of brake sensor?). Pot 1 wipers now move.

Ordered a new pedal sensor today. Still concerned about EM brake driver OC error. Could this be causing my pedal sensor errors or vice versa?

Everything I have done/read suggests I have bad pedal sensor and a corrupted controller memory. However, because of the 2 different errors, I wanted to get additional feedback from the experts.

Brake Driver OC means the motor brake control FET output sense shunt is reading a fault in the motor brake circuit. This could be from a motor brake coil being open circuit, or too low impedance and trying to draw too much current. It will also read that if the FET itself is damaged. It is usually a fatal error if so. FSIP will not usually repair that issue. I've replaced one once in an older controller with the soft sealer, but the newer ones are sealed with a hard epoxy.

Both the new and old brake were reading around 27ohms, so I am guessing I have a fatal controller issue.
