Tire Size
Building a 2016 RXV to be street legal. Has to run a minimum of 20mph. Had a dealer tell me I had to have 14" wheels to achieve that speed. Want to order wheels and tires but cant find what I want in a 14" wheel. Anyone know if I can achieve that speed with 12" wheels?? Thanks much!!

Re: Tire Size
I have 20x8x10 on my TXT and get up to 30 mph. It all depends on the diameter of the tire and the motor

Re: Tire Size
Do you have Freedom Mode Turned on and set to level 4? That should have you at 19.5 mph with 18" stock tires.
If so, you can fit up to 20.5" tires on your rxv without lifting. That swap will get you 19.5/18*20.5= 22 mph. In metric, a 205/65-10 or 215/50-12 are about 20.5" tall. If you wanted 14s, 205/30-14 is available, but it's only ~19" tall, that would get you 19.5/18*19 = 20.6 mph. |

Re: Tire Size
Your RXV can be reprogrammed to run 26+ MPH with the stock tires and wheels. Where are you located?
