JB, my son and I got back on the cart today. We jacked it up and verified no brakes or bearing were dragging us down: we are rolling freely.
We then removed the motor and took it apart. For a 2006 build date, it looks great inside. We brushed the outer magnets and blew it all out. Lightly brushed rotor end that contacts the brushed but it all looks really good. Put it all back together and have identical performance. Not sure why we are sub par on speed and torque. Here’s some pics. Do you see anything? |
