EZGO Marathon
I installed a Scotty B conversion kit to change a dinosaur into a space shuttle (resistor cart to controller control). I’m having problems. My cart will run for a few minutes and lose power. It will sit for a few hours then start running again for a few. I have put in new batteries and cleaned connections to no avail. Any thoughts out there?

Re: EZGO Marathon
I am looking at doing the same upgrade. I wonder if it could be related to a motor issue? Are you running 36V or 48V?

Re: EZGO Marathon
Scotty B says I have a controller overheating. This kit is pretty old so I’m just going to replace it

Re: EZGO Marathon
I installed a 500 amp altrex controller and now my cart “shudders “ on take off and slow speeds. Do I need to upgrade my motor as it is original to the ez go marathon cart?
