Ruff and tuff/ezgo slow speed
I’ve ran into some trouble. I have a ruff and tuff golf cart. Basically ezgo. It’s a series motor and I’ve gotten rid of the junk wiring job that they did and wired it myself. I have a sw202 contractor and a sr48500 controller. The cart is running now but only goes about 8 mph. It also gets 100% throttle as soon at the pedal is pressed. I realized today that I’m missing the speed sensor on the back of the motor. Could that cause the slow speed? Also I can’t find any diagrams that show where the speed sensor should connect to the alltrax controller. Any help or diagrams would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Ruff and tuff/ezgo slow speed
Does yours cart have the inductive throttle sensor under the floor attached to the pedal? There are 3 wires you can ohm to see if it is truly 100% throttle. If so, it might be going into limp mode. I have that problem but my ITS varies voltage with throttle position.
