Thanks again Sergio, I repeated that (with the cart on stands).

1st click on the 1st solenoid, I got 36v
2nd click, got 36v on 1st and 2nd solenoid
3rd click, got 26v on 1st, 2nd, and 4th solenoid
4th click, got it on 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th.

Looks like its the 3rd micro switch in that box that is not working. Is it possible to service one switch in these boxes?

Yes, You can replace individual micro-switches, here is an exploded view of the "speed-box":

Those are standard Club Car 2-terminal micro-switches that a lot of the site sponsors sell, for example:

Been off this for awhile, but have still had troubles on and off with the micro switch box. I swapped out all the switches, and noticed the white slider was pretty worn. I bought a new one on ebay (club car part) and put that in. Now I'm only getting three switches activating. This box is sooo frustrating.
