Default 1999 36 volt EZGO will not charge.

I am having a problem after the winter getting my cart to charge and i am new to all this cart stuff. I have a 36 volt 1999 ezgo. I went to plug it in and nothing, i read to charge the batteries with a car charge 6volt for each battery and i charged all of them, and still nothing, i wasn't able to charge them all on the same time period this was been over a period of 3 days. the rear 3 batteries say 75% on my car charger when i plug it in the middle one on the front row says 75% on the charge the end two on the first row say 25% on the charger, it was put away charged and the liquid level is above the plates. SHould i add a bit of distilled water and try charging again? After i had charged the battery some a had a beep come on and remained constant until i switched the unit to tow. Is something wrong with my charger? the ground prong is broken off and i am not sure if it was broken last year. I am in Canada and the cart was stored in an insulated garage and when it got really cold i do have heat in there but i do not keep it on regurlary. ANy help would be great. Thank you from your time.

Chad

You need to take a voltage reading of your batteries and see what it is if they are low then you need to do like you said and charge each battery up until you can get the charger to kick on
