05 precedent quit working

Hey guys need help at beach and need to load cart. It's a 05 precedent. Aftermarket alltrax XTC500 and a plum quick bandit motor. Mcor went out two year ago so I replaced it. Cart started doing Sam symptoms as before and just quit. So I put another mcor on and nothing. Switch seems to be working cause nothing happens while switched off. When I mash peddle cart clicks like it want to go but don't. When I let off peddle after a few seconds it clicks as normal cutoff. While pressing peddle in forward the alltrax green light goes to steady red. And in reverse it blinks really fast. I checked all connections nothing obvious sticks other than the two lower motor cables that attach to the controller swivel move a little. They're not lose its like what they bolt to suppose to move im guessing when cart goes over hill they will flex. Did a obc reset and nothing so far. BTW. The struggle has been real with pc/books/vision. Took for ever to peck this on my phone. Lol. Please help

So embarrassing waiting all day for a group to come help me push cart up into toy hauler to go home in the morning
