Reverse issue with new install

New alltrax in DS club car in other thread.

I had the battery unhooked several times today as I cleaned up wires. Go to back out of garage nothing. Then spun tires going back. Going forward, normal operation. With reverse one out of every 3 or 4 times, press pedal, relay clicks, and nothing. But if you hold the pedal down, it will kick in after a lag of maybe 5-8 seconds.
In driving it around yesterday, we were always going forward, so It could have been that way.
Trying to figure out what I did. No reverse activation of reduced mode as I don’t have that FnR switch.

Suggestions on trouble shooting.

Ugh help
!!!!
Took cart to pops. Ran fine, reverse worked. Not sure if going back through motor brake in helped. Pops drove around neighborhood.

Stopped cart and had lunch. Pops went to take grand kids for a ride. Nothing, cart dead.

From my trouble shooting

Relay clicks if I jump it, not with pedal
0-4.4 volts at green wire as pedal pressed
Power to red and fuse good at pedal
No power coming from blue wire to micro switch
No power on red out of alltrax
No error codes in alltrax
50.5 volts on relay 47.6 through resistor
