Re: Replaced 32volt/60amp fuse. No Movement
Take each of the heavy cables off one at a time, and clean and inspect them. Clean the battery post, then reconnect, being careful not to over or undertighten them.
If you haven't done so yet, go to the stickies and download the owner's, service, and parts manuals. |

suppavillin, you can post pics, you just can't post a link to a pic
( let the forum host the picture. ) click "Go To Advanced" then click "Manage Attachments" click "Choose" in the pop-up window select the file(s) from your computer click "Upload" close pop-up after files complete uploading. click "Submit Reply" "Go Advanced" "Manage Attachments" "Choose"- click on what you want to post, - then click -"Upload" wait a few sec, then click ( submit Reply ) |

Re: Replaced 32volt/60amp fuse. No Movement
It's often helpful if you post what you did, and if you found a "smoking gun". Helps others who may have similar problems. It may be too soon to declare victory, but we have a lot of hit and run posts, where no one knows what happened.

Re: Replaced 32volt/60amp fuse. No Movement
Thats because I dont know what I did. All I did was put bakeing soda on already clean wires and cables than stripped new wire and its working? There never was a smokeing gun. That doesnt make sence to me to the point where I dont fully trust the cart and havent even been rideing it. If I do,its not far. Trust me, people dont want advice and golf cart help from me.

Re: Replaced 32volt/60amp fuse. No Movement
I have read all posts and will make one suggestion. Make sure you charge your batteries after each use! I noticed in one post that you rode it " all day and night ". I don't know how you did that, but you must have great batteries!
Seriously though, your batteries are the heart of an electric cart and they need to be charged until your charger goes off automatically! This may be part of your problem. |

Re: Replaced 32volt/60amp fuse. No Movement
@Simple Man
Haha, by all day I mean all after noon, than a charge,than by all night, I mean a couple hours. I do always charge it after every ride. I think this problem is fixed, it just stinks I really do not know how I fixed it. I think it was just a simple lose connection somewhere. But again, I thank everyone for there imput,it helped. I would post how I fixed it to help another,but again, I do not know how I did. |
