G1 Muffler Very Hot!!!!!!
Can anyone tell me why the muffler is so hot? I changed crank seals and it runs fine no backfireing or anything so i dont know if the timeing would be off? Can anyone tell me why the Muffler is getting so hot so quick now? Also will it hurt to use it this way?(dont want to wreck the motor)

How hot is it getting? Red hot? Does the motor itself seem to be running at a normal temp?

its not red hot, but it seems hotter then normal, as far as motor temp, im not sure.

Are you premixing the gas? If so add some more 2 stroke oil to it Sounds like you do not have enough oil in the mix tHey run hotter if you don't have enough oil in the gas Not only does it Lube up the motor it also helps in the cooling process....Hope this helps you buddy
