Default Water coming from frame.

Jacked up the cart on the driver side and when I let it back ,water was dribbling onto the garage floor. Concerned about water accumulation and rust in the frame. Maybe some additional drain holes... I don't know? Edit... Looking more closely doesn't look like a frame issue but maybe an accumulation in the roof drain tube.
