club car ds rear end locked up, rebuild?

I took locked up rear end assembly out drained oil

took out the 10 bolts holding the axle tube on and they came off easy
removed the bolts holding the case together,tapped with a dead blow hammer till it separated

once the case is separated I can see the bearings cage missing and all bearings are to one side on this shaft.

I was thinking I was looking for stuck synchros,i do have a gear puller and access to a press
1.where are the synchros?
2.as long as I'm in here, what should I be replacing? part #s would be helpful or any sponsors have a parts diagram?

Stating the year of the cart would help... but, I can already tell it's a pre-97 trans.

thanks! yea it is pre 91,has the side valve engine.

I found a parts diagram,it is not the transmission I was looking for but the drive unit. I haven't got into the transmission yet.

I just saw this...
the diagram (and part#'s) I posted earlier were for the lower unit (transaxle)
the upper unit is the transmission! (the Club Car illustration is goofy about not specifying that!)

I think...?
