DS Regen 2 Transaxle and motor swap

Have a pal with a 1999 Regen 2 and he has access to an almost new Precedent transaxle and IQ motor. I fitted a motor centering kit for him a few years ago but the thing now sounds really past its sell by date. Both motors are sepex and the Regen 2 runs quite happily without a speed sensor, so question is will a straight swap fit and work??

Yes it's a direct swap.
