2002 Yamaha G16 mods

So tomorrow I'm picking up up my Yamaha G16 from the golf course.
its a 2002.Immediately i'm ordering a jakes 6" lift and 22" tire combo

What mods can i do to the engine to help it cope with the larger tires?
im going to be doing lots of BC mountain/forest riding

can i get advanced timing keys?
deck the head? ( want more compression)
intake/exhaust
rejet the carb
of course the governer and tach (whats a good rpm to keep under)
and on that note better valve springs? or double valve springs?

how are the clutches on that model
Basically anything you guys can throw at me for the 301cc motor.
i had to pick my cart out of about 70 of them it was tough to decide on one.
