bolt length and bolt sizes

need help with identifying the seat bolts and back seats size and length..

97021-08065-00 is the seat bolt number, found through google images that this is a 8x65mm hex head bolt..does this sound correct?

98980-06045-00 is the seat back number, I haven't found the length or size of this bind screw.. looks like a phillips head pan screw..anyone know the length and size of these? Also it's showing 2 different washers that go on with these screws.. 90201-06020-00 is one, 90202-06170-00 is the other.. can someone elaborate on these 2 washers..size and diameter?

Mooncarter.. that would be too easy..

sformal, cgtech.. thanks that's very handy to know, was able to determine that the seat number was a bolt 8x65 and the backs take a screw which is 6x45 wasn't able to determine what the last 3 digits in the first group.. I know that it's the material of the fastener.
