Default batteries had no water

I am trying to fix my friends ez-go. It looks like it was sitting for months. the cables were coroded and there was no water in the batteries. I put some water in them, but the charger won't come on to charge them. It there a way to save these batteries or are they toast.

hey guys, give Peedee a break!
Peedee why you don't better post a picture of it, wires will be likely needed but sometimes, sometimes batteries can come to life and give the cart some short riding that would get you in track until you save for newer batts. There's tons of threads talking about this on the forum, how to trickle batteries to make charger work, add some desulfators to batteries, etc, etc, none all is loose!!
