yahama g1 cart
hello
i am a first time poster. i just bought this g1 it was a basket case, rebuilt the motor itis a 2cycle. cant seem to find out how to run the gas lines from the carb to the tank there is two gas line on the carb,i think one of them is a return line but dont know. does anyone know? thanks joewise Last edited by joewise; 03-08-2008 at 12:02 PM.. there is an overflow tube and when i start it gas comes out of it. where does the rubber hose go, back to the tank? thanks joewise |

I would take the carb apart and really clean it. Sounds like the needle/seat/float stuck . use carb cleaner thru all the passages. Good luck Dave

took the carb off this morning and took it apart, the float needle had some dirt on it blue the jets out and put it back togather, purrs like a kitten. thank alot joewise |
