Advice on 6" lift and wheel/tire size
On to the next mod project now that my stereo is done. I've let my son pick out the wheels he likes and he's decided on the ones picture below. We can get them in a 10" version with 22x11 tires or in a 12" version with 23x10.5 tires. The ones pictured are the 12" version. I'd love to be able to see how each would look and make a decision but I don't think I'll have that luxury. It seems I'm going to have to have a 6" lift to comfortably clear either option, is that true? I don't want to go any bigger than I have to but I don't want an odd looking gap/space with a 6" lift and wheels/tires that appear a little too small.
Any thoughts or experiences, especially specific to a precedent? |

Re: Advice on 6" lift and wheel/tire size
Have 2 carts in my area with same tread one is 22" and in other case on same looking wheels with 23" tires ( note 2 wheels had to replaced because too crooked to use ) and when run on dry solid ground or pavement ( after extended repeated warming and break in period ) still are rough riding even with 5-7 pounds air and noisy according to owners?
