Need help with rear lift (All Sports 6" a arm)
Got an All sports 6" a arm lift and I'm having trouble with the rear lift. I got the front on fine. The stock axle seat is welded on the axle and that is throwing me for a loop since I dont know where to put the new axle seat. Does anyone have some detailed instructions for this kit. I looked on there website with no luck

It simply just sits ontop of the axle tube and the u bolt holds it in place.

Re: Need help with rear lift (All Sports 6" a arm)
The existing axle seat is left in place, OR can be removed depending your likes and on the way "U" bolts are used? Remember that the spring is moved "OVER THE TOP OF AXLE" Most kits have a plate with curved cut out to fit on "top of axle", Spring sits on top of that adapter with hole for spring center bolt, and then usually a flat plate mounts over top of spring with holes for "U" Bolts and shock mounting.

Here's a pic that may help, granted, mine is a 3" Jake's lift, but it's pretty much the same!

Put a buggies 6" lift on one of my car's and the spring perch kept turnning and causing the brakes to lock up and I ended up tack welding it to the axle. JOE
