stock axle vs. factory lift axle
Does anybody know if the spindles on a stock 2003 txt and the spindles that come with a factory ezgo lift the same except for the part where the tierod attaches? I was going to order the parts that are inside the spindle and a local dealer was going to sell me the entire stock axle that he took off to lift a cart for $25 and was just wondering if the kingpin and the kingpin tube were the same. Thanks for any help.

I know the spindles won't work but I was just wondering about the kingpin and the kingpin tube and washers.

they should be the same. i know with the economy lift from ezgo you get all new kingpins and bushings with new spindles.

That is the same lift I am talking about, I have the economy lift from ezgo and was wanting to replace the kingpin, bushings and kingpin tube and had a chance to buy the stock axle for only $35 with the spindles. Just wondering if the parts I want to replace will be the same on both axles. I know the actual spindle is different .
