Re: electric cart slows down
thanks tom,
it's an 03 reg not IQ, I'll try and find instructions to test mcor, I was also told it could be self adjusting brakes because it takes off then slows down each time I repress the gas pedal. It does this both in foward & reverse i guess we'll ck both thriftyats@frontiernet.net |

Re: electric cart slows down
if its a reagan cart it could be the reagan breaking acting up......now if you don,t mind cutting a wire you can find out.......theres a 3 wire plug that comes out the front of the motor and one of the wires is green.......cut it and that disables the reagan braking but make sure to cut it so you can splice it back togather if thats not it.........you can cut it on either side of the connector but like i said do it so you can splice it back togather if you have to but this will either confirm or eliminate the reagan braking as the problem...................................
