DPI Charger Not Shutting Off

You could have possibly tested the charger with a another cart to see if it shut off... so keep your old control board for a back up.

You're right Scotty. Actually, I did find a cart to test the charger on (after buying the board) and it worked fine. I was so sure the board was out that I jumped the gun and learned a lesson in the process. After the charger worked on the other cart, I went back to the batteries and kept looking for little differences. That's how I ended up replacing the one battery that cured things.
