G22 Rearend Noise
I just picked up this G22 electric and it is making a growling scrubing noise from the rear end any ideas as to what it maybe. other than the noise it runs great.

Remove the motor and check input shaft for lack of grease/poor condition. Also check for tapered rubber bumper in motor coupler.

Check the transaxle drive oil pan first. It is a metal pan that is subject to getting dented into the drive gears, from road obstacles, and speed bumps. It should be obvious if it is dented. A quick fix is to drain the fluid, unbolt the pan, pound out the dent, use a bead of silicone around the flange, and rebolt.
