Default fe290 rebuild question

Need a little help here....picked up a non running 92 carryall. Only has 100 lbs of compression but piston and cylinder look good. So I decided I will just replace the rings. So I check the piston to see what size I need and the measure 3.67 inches and the manual says stanDard bore is only 3.07 Inches. The largest piston size for parts is 3.09in. Has anyone bored one out this big and used motorcycle parts or something else?

Sorry my father in law gave me the wrong reading..it was 3.067 which should be the right piston size for a 3.07 bore...bore measures 3.072...is this too much to put new rings in or do I need to bore it out?
